Now a little history about each of us:

Chuck Carson (Designated Broker and Owner of Venture In Realty) I have been in the Real Estate business for over 10 years now and have been around it all of my life as both my Grandfather and Mother were Brokers. I also have experience in the Title and Escrow industry. I’m originally from Minnesota and have been in the Southwest for 20+ years.
Wayne Strause (Associate Broker) Waynes name is probably familiar to some of you as he has been involved with Real Estate in your community for a number of years and is also a resident of Venture Out. It's GREAT to have him on board with us as his knowledge of Venture Out is very beneficial... Wayne will be here seasonally as he and his wife spend time at their summer home in Canada.
Rick Carson (Sales Associate) Rick will be helping Wayne and I within Venture Out as well as handling sales outside of the resort. Rick has been listing and selling homes for over 4 years now. He is EXTREMELY familiar with many adult and/or family areas in the East Valley. Rick and his family reside in Mesa. Rick is also a Brother to Chuck if you were wondering…

Dan Fortney (Branch Manager/Sales) Dan has been in Real Estate for a number of years in the Phoenix Metro area. He is experienced and very detail orientated. You can count on Dan to be there when you need him! We are fortunate to have someone with Dans work ethics on board with us...
Kevin Mandel (Sales/Property Management) Kevin is relatively new to the Real Estate business, but is very eager and motivated... Kevins clients ,thus far, have had nothing but praise for the job he has done! We are extremely pleased to have someone like him on board with our company and look forward to his continued success.
Tami Morgan(Property Management)Tami has been a resident in Greenfield Village for some time now and many of you may already know her. We are looking forward to having Tami in our Property management department. Tami has already demonstrated a hard work ethic and we see a great future for her.
