Our relationship with Rick and Chuck Carson began about four years ago when our aging father was purchasing a home in Dreamland Villa. We were so impressed with their compassionate concern for our father that we listed his home in Chandler with Rick and Chuck Carson which I might add, sold in one day and purchased my father’s new home in Dreamland Villa with their help. About a year later my husband and I enlisted Rick and Chuck to sell our home in Mesa so that we could also buy a home in Dreamland Villa to be closer to my father.
