"Venture In Realty" is now located within Venture Out at Mesa AND Greenfield Village RV Resort . Our Agents are all EXPERIENCED, DEDICATED and RELIABLE PROFFESSIONALS who will be offering Real Estate services within Venture Out and Greenfield Village as well as throughout the Metro area.

Now a little history about each of us:

VENTURE OUT STAFF:

Charles "Chuck" Carson (Designated Broker and Owner of Venture In Realty) I have been in the Real Estate business for many years now and have been around it all of my life as both my Grandfather and Mother were Brokers. I also have experience in the Title and Escrow industry. I’m originally from Minnesota and have been in the Southwest for 20+ years.

Richard "Rick" Carson (Sales Associate) Rick will be helping within Venture Out as well as handling sales outside of the resort. He is EXTREMELY familiar with many adult and/or family areas in the East Valley. Rick and his family reside in Mesa where he and his wife have been a residents for over 25 years. Karyn Burwell (Property Management) Karyn has been doing Propery Management at Venture Out for several years now. Karyn is familiar with Venture Out after working in the office.

GREENFIELD VILLAGE STAFF:

Cydene "Cyd" Adams (Branch Manager Greenfield Village) Cyd has experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.

Margaret "Peg" Schiavo (Sales Associate Greenfield Village) Peg is experienced in Real Estate Property Management but is quickly learning the Sales aspect.

Karyn Burwell (Property Management) Karyn has experience with Property

Management in Venture Out and is now taking over Greenfield Village.
